I've ridden with Loving Care Transportation Service seven times, and I cannot be happier with the service! The driver is absolutely sweet, kind, and so helpful. I consistently reach all my appointments on time, and the return wait time is much better... than Birmingham Transit Company. I wish I could use this service more, especially for my five-year-old's school functions or just for some fun outings, considering bus rides can be a bit pricey. Zakita was so professional, nice, and brave to pick me up at the last minute. I will give anyone an A who would take a chance and drive down my jagged granite slated road that is only covered with a thin layer of Alabama clay. The police and firemen ... refuses to come down here. She got me to 5:30 am appointment early, and she was waiting for me once I completed my procedure. Zakita was willing to help me into the van after my procedure. I was so thankful that she explained the services that her company offers. I will recommend them to people that need to remain independent on their own terms.Read more
